WATMA Education is currently seeking a lawyer for the role of quality investigator, focusing on quality, legal security, monitoring, and government inspections within primary, secondary, and adult education. The role is suitable for both recently graduated lawyers and those with a few years of relevant experience who want to work at the intersection of law, quality, analysis, and organizational development.

You will play a central role in ensuring compliance with regulations, structure, systematic processes, and quality in our educational activities within primary, secondary, and adult education.

🌟 Your main responsibility will be to conduct reviews, inspections, and follow-ups from authorities such as the School Inspectorate and the Higher Vocational Education Authority, as well as to carry out investigations related to legal security and compliance.

🌟 The role involves combining legal analytical work with administrative precision. You will provide legal support on educational law issues, be responsible for monitoring statistics and key figures, and assist our operations in developing effective action plans and driving improvement work.

✔ A law degree or other relevant education with at least 60 credits in law.

✔ Experience or a strong interest in school law and educational law.

✔ Good analytical skills with experience in statistical processing and quality monitoring.

✔ Excellent administrative skills, documentation experience, and project management competence.

✔ Very good ability to express yourself professionally in spoken and written Swedish.

✔ Previous experience working with supervisory authorities, specifically within the education sector, or familiarity with advanced quality models and monitoring systems (meritorious).

✔ Structured, analytical, and meticulous with a strong sense of detail and quality.

✔ Independent with strong self-leadership and the ability to drive complex cases and processes forward.

✔ A person with high integrity and a sense of responsibility who values legal security.

✔ Communicative and collaborative, with a natural ability to build trustful relationships with different parts of the organization.

The role includes travel to our various schools and adult education units across the country in connection with reviews and follow-ups.

• The position is based in Stockholm. We work together from the office in the city center every working day, as we believe in the value of daily collaboration and the community it creates.

• Employment type: Permanent, full-time. A probationary period applies.

• Start date: August 2026.
